We’re creating food that is inspired by recipes and ingredients used by Egypt and the Middle East for thousands of years.Our food is plant forward at its core - created using local and in season ingredients - with animal products only ever used in moderation to keep every meal balanced and low impact.We’re developing a product development criteria that will ensure each new product we create fits inside a healthy "carbon budget" for meals - the level scientists and research say is needed for a sustainable food system by 2050.
