Ta'ameya - our namesake - is Egypt's (and the Middle East's) original falafel. Made with fava beans (instead of chickpeas), this crispy falafel has been around since the days of the Pharaohs.Falafel is our speciality, and we've built everything around it. Australian-grown fava beans blended with fresh local greens, garlic and spices, then crusted in seeds and cooked to a crispy golden finish.Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and packed full of flavour.
